Veracruz, Ver., October 20 Th, 2011.- The Arc Cartagena de Indias  Commander  from de Colombian Republic Army, Captain Cesar Martinez,  hade a courtesy visit to Api Veracruz.

The slip docked this mourning at the touristic pier, as part of their good will and training  travel  for cadets.

He was attended by the Port of Veracruz, General Director, Juan Ignacio Fernandez.

The Captain Martinez Pardo, explained tha the sip had participed  in several humanitarian missions, for example, in the year 2010 helped to the haitians people  following  the earthquake where  the ship worked as a hospital.
